Being the co-founder of Mandarini Wedding agency and understanding the demand of Georgian wedding market for all-ready wedding solutions I’ve decided to run Ori agency. It’s been 8 years now of working on this market since 2015 and I’m glad to be a part of it.

I am very delighted that my work combines my core passions, granting me the opportunity to make the dreams of hundreds of couples from all over the world come true. As a director, my aim is to ensure utmost care for both our clients and staff. For me, not only the result of our work is essential, but also the process of preparing and planning weddings and events. The formula for our success is a combination of the attention and professionalism of our team with the high standards of services we provide which enable us to thrive and excel in the international Destination Wedding market.

I always wanted to do something special for people. And the wedding day is one of the most magical and memorable days of one’s life! My primary mission is to tell the world about our wonderful Georgia, which makes you fall in love at one sight. With its hospitality, mind-blowing landscapes, and of course – cuisine! I have been to quite a few places in the world, but only in Georgia I was lucky to find my muse and inspiration.

I’ve always dreamed of a job which would be filled with everyday communication with different people and with no routine. That’s how I came to wedding planning. I like that everything here is constantly moving: a lot of new faces, interesting stories and opportunities for self-development. Everything and everyone is alive here.

Doing good and something beautiful was my passionate desire since early childhood. Wedding is definetly one of the most beautiful days in every person’s life. I was truly lucky to find myself in Ori Weddng Team, as we have one main goal and aim – to make everything possible for Couple’s happiness and satisfaction with the result of our work on Wedding Day.

When I started working for Ori, I was positively impressed by the support of the team, and I also noticed how I’ve become all smiles and happy, because the work we’re doing is making other people happy.

In our job you cannot miss a single detail, you have to be fully focused on the task and immerse in the process, but in return it gives you pleasure, vivid impressions, amazing locations and wonderful people. This job enriches my soul, and it motivates me to grow more.

Communication with people is what makes me happy in this job. It is important for me to understand what does a person want, define their request and provide correct information to them. My major principle is right questions at the right time, as this is exactly what eventually helps us make our couples happy with our service.

I believe things do not just happen by chance that’s why I knew in my heart that I’m moving to Georgia toward something incredible that will become not just a chapter, but a new book in my life. Thanks to Ori I’m going up along my way and I’m immensely grateful to the team for that.

My realization that I could only pursue a career in something relatable and attractive came after working in the beauty industry for a few years.
