Strategy &
The Client
In May 2023 we had the pleasure of organizing a corporate team building event for Strategy &, an expert consultant on transformative strategies and a part of the global PwC network.
Like every responsible leader, Strategy & values its team of driven and dedicated professionals. To help them shake up the routine, and enjoy a time free from cares and responsibilities, the company trusted Ori to create something special.
The Event
It was a multi-day event that gave an exciting challenge to our planners to support the client with finding suitable accommodation, transportation means and, of course, organizational aspects.
The Biltmore Hotel was chosen for the guests’ stay as one of the best in Tbilisi, with the gala dinner held at the Republic – a chic and stylish restaurant located at the highest point in Tbilisi and boasting excellent views over the city. The entertainment programme included a performance by a comedian, a DJ and even a magician.
During the second part of the event that involved team building and multiple conference presentations, the task for Ori was to make the atmosphere warm and welcoming for the guests – by avoiding the official conference feel. The solution was to find comfy pouf chairs and sofas for everyone to relax in, as well as to provide excellent food during the breaks and at lunch – something the Funicular restaurant is famous for.
The Summary
Both parts of the corporate event were greatly appreciated by the client, Strategy &. And despite several challenging moments, small miscommunications and even city travel restrictions on Georgia’s Independence Day, it was a success for the client, and equally a success for Ori and its talented planners.
Juniper Networks
The Client
In October 2023 we were privileged to organize a corporate event and party for Juniper Networks – a global leader in AI Networking, Cloud, and Connected Security Solutions.
As Juniper Networks values sharing knowledge and strengthening the team spirit and commitment of its employees, Ori was trusted to assist with by planning and coordinating a professional conference for the employees of Juniper Networks, and the informal meeting that followed, all within one day and a set of venues tailored to reflect the unique collaborative spirit of the event.
The Forum
To make sure everything ran smoothly in such a short timeframe, Ori’s planners created a precise schedule with enough flexibility to accommodate the guests. The first part of the day was focused on sharing the company’s experience in innovation. To do this, we chose the Biltmore hotel for its spacious and elegant conference hall. A lot of thought went into designing the printed materials for the forum, managing the invitations and selecting memorable presents for the guests and we were able to deliver a great experience and meet the client’s dynamic requirements.
The Conclusion
The second half of the corporate event continued at the Golden Tulip Hotel in the very heart of Tbilisi. This venue is famous for its beautiful terrace, offering views over the city that are especially beautiful at night and in the late evening. To support the company’s endeavor in creating networking opportunities, Ori was able to create a subdued and cozy atmosphere with live music and delectable food, greatly appreciated by the client.
