But with Ori Wedding, there was never a question that was too small or irrelevant as they were always very happy to respond, guide, and assist us in everything. They were very detailed - from the proposal which was professionally presented, a meeting to discuss what our needs and preferences are, brochures to let us choose from their wide options of different suppliers for photography, videography, hair and makeup etc, down to a detailed schedule of events and itinerary from the time we arrive in Tbilisi until we left. Everything was well taken care of. There was not an instance that we had to follow up about something because our coordinator was always anticipating our needs. They always made us feel taken care of in every step of the way. I cannot recommend highly enough. Mariam was our coordinator on our wedding day and she was lovely. А еще Вика лучший фотограф по старому Тбилиси, и знает самые красивые улочки и дворики. 🎞Спасибо нашим видеографам, Алисе и Сергею из Kudryastudio. Они сотворили два шедевра, клип и фильм. Ребята снимают на две камеры, и это огонь! Сменные ракурсы, аудиодорожки. Главное, ребятам удалось передать душевность и настроение того дня, наши эмоции и веселье гостей, а не просто снять красивый романтичный фильм. По нашей просьбе ребята даже переделывали готовый фильм и добавляли туда фрагменты банкета, и получилось грандиозно, за что им огромное спасибо!!! 🎤Спасибо нашему самому лучшему ведущему Гиоргию. Он сделал этот день, он создал настроение, разбавил романтичные моменты юмором, и привнес легкость и искру. Скрупулезно продумывал с нами все конкурсы, знал наизусть всех гостей, и вел с ними непринуждённые беседы на разных языках. От Гиоргия были в восторге все. Компания была интернациональная, но Гиоргий смог объединить всех гостей, говорящих на разных языках. 🎶🎧В последний день наш диджей заболел, но Ori тут же смогли найти замену, и у нас был замечательный и приятный Dj Автандил, спасибо ему. Надо честно заметить, что любой дополнительный элемент декора стоит довольно дорого, и было очень сложно с нашими запросами уложиться в стандартный пакет. И это правда, поэтому невозможно перехвалить нашего организатора Ирину и агентство ORI! Теперь немного подробнее. Я сам предприниматель, и к вопросу выбора организатора подошел очень ответственно. Потому что мне надо было найти организатора - которому я отдам деньги и «забуду» про все, потому что мне очень хотелось классно потусить на свадьбе, отлично провести время, чтобы не было стыдно за организацию перед гостями, но при этом в организации я не хотел участвовать от слова совсем. Чтобы найти такого человека я составил список всех агентств и частных организаторов, как Грузия, так и Беларусь (мы сами из Беларуси) и провел опросники и собеседования всех агентств. В результате этого исследования ORI оказалось одним из лучших агентств. Но вначале мы не начали работать с ORI, потому что перед подписанием договора попросили познакомиться с организатором который у нас будет, и он нам не понравился. Мы начали работать с другой компанией из Беларуси но очень скоро поняли что нанимать удаленного организатора это плохая идея - поэтому обратились снова к ORI - они местные в Грузии. На этот раз мы попросили дать нам лучшего организатора и нас познакомили с Ириной. И мы начали работать с ORI Дальше все было супер четко и отлажено, и весь процесс организации свадьбы мы лишь восхищались, и радовались нашему выбору! Например: - У ORI разработаны отличные договор и документооборот - Удобный процесс и порядок перевода денег - Есть каталоги локаций, визажистов и так далее - это все очень удобно и приятно, делает организацию свадьбы праздником - И самое главное - это организованность, экспертность и поддержка Ирины! Мы довольны на 100% и я всем рекомендую ORI и Ирину. Вот мои советы будущим молодоженам: 1. Не экономьте на организаторе и на ведущем - от этих 2 людей зависит вся свадьба. Все остальное - декор, еда, и все что угодно можно резать - но только не организатор и ведущий 2. Обязательно знакомьтесь с организатором заранее. Я рекомендую агентство ORI, у них лучшие договора, каталоги и контакты. Но в рамках агентства есть крутые организаторы и не очень. Если вы в Грузии - идите к ORI и доплачивайте чтобы вам дали Ирину)))) 3. Ну и все - все остальное будет отлично!
